Smite is a third-person moba. Best reference would be, third person League of Legends. The characters you play are the gods of different pantheons such as Greek, Roman, Egyptian, etc. Though multiple gametypes exist, the most heavily played and the gamemode the game is balanced around is conquest. You and four other players attempt to kill the enemy titan while keeping yours alive. Guarding the titan on both sides are three lanes containing two towers and a pheonix, NPC "creeps" spawn and are the initial force for the lane push. In between the lanes is a jungle where different NPC neutral creeps spawn, most giving a buff of some sort to the team. Conquest finishes when you kill the titan. I started playing it when it first came out into beta. My friend had a couple beta keys and gave me one so I tried it. Fun game, I uninstalled it though because I didn't really play it anymore.
